Nathan Goens

Nathan Goens is a Staff Attorney with the Commonwealth of Kentucky since June 2022, previously serving as an Associate Attorney at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney for the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy from February 2017 to September 2021 and as a Law Clerk at Children's Law Center, Inc. from September 2014 to February 2017. Nathan also held a Law Clerk position at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy during the summer of 2014. Earlier in their career, Nathan was the General Manager at Wildcat Mattress from September 2011 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, which was completed between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky from 2002 to 2007.
