Amy Stitely has extensive experience in urban planning and housing development, currently serving as the Chief of Programs for the Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since September 2012. Prior roles include Associate Director for the Division of Public Housing and Director of the Bureau of Housing Development and Construction. Stitely previously held the position of Director of Sustainability Partnerships at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Community Innovators Lab and worked as an Energy Efficiency Program Consultant at Serrafix, Inc. Additional experience encompasses senior project management, architectural design, and project management roles across various organizations, including the City of New Orleans and DBVW Architects. Stitely holds a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland.
