Elizabeth Lamontagne

Elizabeth LaMontagne has held various roles in multiple organizations. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer for MassHealth since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief of Staff and then the Deputy Chief of Staff for MassHealth from January 2023 to July 2023, and from November 2021 to January 2023, respectively. Before joining MassHealth, Elizabeth worked as the Director of Strategic Innovation for the Office of the Governor of Massachusetts from April 2020 to November 2021.

Earlier in their career, Elizabeth held the position of Manager in the Office of the CEO at Indigo from November 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they worked at Panorama Education as a Team Lead for Large Districts from September 2018 to November 2019 and as a Client Success Manager from October 2017 to August 2018.

Elizabeth began their career at Deloitte, where they worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant from September 2016 to September 2017 and as a Strategy and Operations Analyst from September 2014 to September 2016.

Elizabeth LaMontagne has a Bachelor's Degree in Princeton School of Public and International Affairs from Princeton University. Prior to that, they attended Gorham High School.
