Ivia Caquias

Ivia Caquias has extensive experience in social work and healthcare, currently serving as a Benefits and Eligibility Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since May 2016. Ivia has also been with Fallon Health since February 2014, holding multiple roles including Supervisor of Support Services at Summit Eldercare and previously as a Medical Secretary and Navigator. Prior experience includes Operations Coordinator at Commonwealth Care Alliance from April 2012 to February 2014, Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax from November 2009 to April 2012, Scheduler at Holyoke Pediatric Associates from June 2008 to April 2012, and Order Selector at Hallmark Cards from June 1996 to April 2008. Ivia holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Holyoke Community College and completed additional education at Branford Hall Career Institute.
