Rachael Mazzella Zukus

Rachael Mazzella Zukus has a diverse work experience. Rachael currently holds the role of Strategy Director at MassHealth (Medicaid) within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to this, they worked at Bain & Company, where they served as a Manager from June 2020 to February 2022 and as a Consultant from July 2018 to June 2020. Rachael also interned at Boston Children's Hospital in 2017 and at Sandbox Industries in 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Manager of Corporate Strategy & Development at Beacon Health Options from August 2015 to July 2016. Before that, they were employed at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant from July 2014 to July 2015 and as an Associate Consultant from September 2012 to July 2015.

Rachael Mazzella Zukus earned their Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Policy and Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they received their A.B degree in Literatures and Cultures in English from Brown University, completing their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2012.
