Mignonne Gray

Mignonne Gray, PMP, CPTDc, CPTMc, serves as the DDSC Operations Manager at DowntownDC BID since October 2023, where Mignonne employs best practices to enhance productivity in operations. Prior to this role, Mignonne was a Senior Project Manager at ADDNASA Learning Institute, starting in March 2019, focusing on analyzing business structures and managing project work plans. From September 2011 to March 2019, Mignonne held the position of Integrated Training & Education Manager at YWCA National Capital Area, coordinating various educational programs and events. Mignonne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Services at Walden University, alongside a Project Management certificate from the University of the District of Columbia.
