Saravanan Balakrishnan

Saravanan Balakrishnan, PMP, CSM, serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since July 2022, focusing on serving commonwealth residents. In a volunteer role on the Advisory Council for the Digital Marketing Program at GW University School of Business since November 2021, Saravanan supports faculty and program managers in enhancing the Digital Marketing Certificate Program. Previous experience includes Senior Project Manager roles at Queen Consulting Group, where Saravanan worked on digital innovation initiatives for Fresenius Medical Care, and at Infosys McCamish Systems, overseeing a multi-year migration project. Saravanan also served as PMO Lead at Phoenix Life Insurance Company, IT Lead at Prudential Financial, and Portfolio Manager at Travelers, delivering several multi-million dollar projects successfully. Saravanan holds degrees in Information Technology from Central Connecticut State University and Production Engineering from P.S.G College of Technology.
