Andy Ritter

Andy Ritter currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and Enterprise IT Security Risk Manager for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities include managing enterprise governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with various partners on cybersecurity matters. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, Senior Cybersecurity & System Architect, and Director of Information Technology across multiple organizations, along with a significant tenure as President and CEO of R & R Networks, Inc. Notable accomplishments include serving on the Supervisory Board of Carroll Township, where leadership involved governance and community management. Andy Ritter holds an Associate degree in Specialized Technology from YTI Career Institute.
