David Drago

David Drago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Public Utility Enforcement Officer and Team Leader for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since May 2023, David has previously held significant roles including Human Resources Business Partner at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course and Human Resources Training Coordinator at East Penn Manufacturing Co. Additionally, David's experience in the US Army includes serving as a Human Resources Manager and Recruiting and Retention Manager, along with time as a Military Police officer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from American Military University, a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Health Sciences, as well as certifications in Audio Production and completion of the Police Academy.
