Fatema Traore

Fatema Traore is an experienced professional with a strong background in case management and community services. Currently serving as an Income Maintenance Caseworker for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Fatema manages a caseload of over 150 clients, streamlining data collection processes for public assistance eligibility. Previously, Fatema held multiple roles at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh, including Housing Coordinator, where a progressive engagement model was implemented to achieve client stability, and Housing Fellow, focusing on accurate documentation and support assessment. Additional experience includes internships at Women and Families Ascending Association, and as a legislative intern for State Representative Nick Pisciottano and Councilwoman Deborah Gross, where effective communication and community engagement were emphasized.
