Kenneth Senft

Kenneth Senft has extensive experience in IT financial management and procurement, currently serving as the lead for supplier engagement initiatives for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2003. Kenneth's roles have included IT Financial Architect and IT Financial Manager, focusing on cost recovery methodologies and oversight of IT project procurement and financial management. Previous positions encompass leadership in the IT procurement division and enterprise support for IT project solicitations. Prior to public service, Kenneth worked at EarthLink Business as a Network Operation Center Supervisor and Engineer, where responsibilities included incident management and network maintenance. Kenneth's early career includes military service as a Communications Chief in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albright College and an Associate's degree in Computer Applications from Yorktowne Business Institute.
