Maggie Tagoe

Maggie Tagoe is an experienced UX Research Operations Coordinator currently working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since April 2024. Previously, Maggie contributed as a UX Researcher at Out in Tech and Mentor Me Collective, focusing on enhancing user experience and diversity within career services for marginalized communities. With a background at Meta in coordinating user research for AR/VR prototypes and roles at Dassault Systèmes, Namely, and Etsy, Maggie has a proven track record in managing participant recruitment, improving product usability, and delivering insights to drive strategic decisions. Maggie's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and additional training through Breakline.
