Mike Conway

Mike Conway has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as a Job Classification and Employee Relations Analyst for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since June 1998. In this role, Mike oversees job classification and employee relations functions for over 300 employees as the sole analyst reporting directly to the HR Director. Previously, Mike worked as an Employee Relations Analyst, managing relations for a workforce of over 2,300 employees and supervising multiple HR Management Trainees and interns. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as a Third Class Petty Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included supervising clerical staff and performing administrative duties. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Employee Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
