Ray Kanth

Ray Kanth is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and implementing complex IT solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2022, Ray previously excelled as a Project Management Consultant at a PA State Agency, focusing on ITSM suite implementation for over 60,000 users. Notable achievements include delivering a $25M healthcare EDI standard project at Highmark Health and leading a successful enterprise initiative for Service-Oriented Architecture at Yes Solutions. Earlier roles included significant contributions at organizations such as KPMG, PHEAA, Sun Microsystems, and IBM, demonstrating a strong track record in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and technology integration. Ray holds a Master’s degree in Computer Aided Engineering from Virginia Tech.
