Sarah Kinter

Sarah Kinter currently serves as the Head of Operations for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Office of Digital Experience, focusing on enhancing government services and customer experience for residents. Prior to this role, Kinter held various positions within the City of Pittsburgh, including Director and Assistant Director of Licensing and Administration in the Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections. Kinter also served as Deputy Director, Commission Representative, and Interim Director for the City of Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. Educationally, Kinter earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wilkes University.
