Sindhu Ramachandran

Sindhu Ramachandran serves as the Chief of the Division of Election Security and Technology for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Technical Consultant at Highmark Health from August 2016 to April 2017, and as a Lead Systems Analyst at Emblem Health from February 2005 to August 2016. Earlier career experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Syntel from 1997 to 2000.
