Michael Baker is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Virtual Loan Specialist and previously in various roles including Member Contact Center Supervisor and Member Advisor at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union since March 2015, Michael has demonstrated expertise in customer service and financial services. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing at Industrial Refrigeration Technical College from August 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities encompassed social media, branding, customer experience, and sales operations. Michael’s career also includes positions as a Recruiter at Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. and Aerotek, and an Account Manager at Aerotek. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Bridgewater College, earned between 1998 and 2002.
