Brad Keown is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as ABS Business Leader and Cold Roll Manager at Commonwealth Rolled Products, Inc. since August 2021 and December 2020, respectively. Previously, at Aleris, Brad held several managerial roles including Cold Mill Manager and Casting Manager, overseeing two cast houses and responsible for financial decisions and productivity enhancements. As a Casting Superintendent, Brad led a team of seventy employees, focusing on quality improvements and efficiency through kaizen events. Earlier in their career, Brad worked as a Production Supervisor at SFG, where responsibilities included quality assurance and material inspections. Brad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies from Brescia University from 2000 to 2005.
