Hannah Noller Cphr

Hannah Noller CPHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning various government departments and private companies. Starting in 2001 at LJ Hooker, they held roles as an Executive Officer and Team Development Manager. In 2009, they joined the Department of Defence of Australia as a People Strategy Manager and later became a Workforce Development Manager.

In 2018, Hannah joined the Department of Social Services (DSS) as an Assistant Director HR, progressing to Director HR Strategy & Capability a/g. Hannah then moved to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, where they held several roles, including A/g Director Inclusion, Diversity & Workforce Strategy and Assistant Director Workforce Strategy.

Starting in 2014, Hannah founded their own business, Hitched By Hannah, where they served as the Head Hitcher. Hannah also had roles at the Australian Government as Director Future of Work and Employee Experience and Director Organisation Strategy & Capability.

Hannah'smost recent position is with the Commonwealth Treasury as a Director of Organisational Strategy. Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, workforce development, and inclusion and diversity.

Hannah Noller CPHR completed the Practising Certification Program in Human Resources Management from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in 2019-2020. Hannah also obtained the certification of Certified Practitioner Human Resources (CPHR) from AHRI in October 2020.
