Sarah Christie has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Sarah started their career in 2002 as a Graphic Designer for BMA Street Press magazine and later worked as a Graphic Designer for Levitate Design Limited. In 2005, they worked as a Graphic Designer for PMP Limited and then as a Studio Manager / Graphic Designer for Williams Lea. Sarah then joined the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment as a Graphic Designer. In 2009, they became a Senior Designer at the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. Sarah then worked at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, where they held the roles of Assistant Director, Creative Producer, and later Director, Creative Services. Currently, they are working at the Commonwealth Treasury as the Director, Creative Services.

Sarah Christie obtained a Certificate IV in Project Management with a focus on PMBOK from the Australian Institute of Management. Sarah completed this program in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the University of Canberra in 2002. In addition to their educational qualifications, Sarah holds a certification in Security Clearance - Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) from the Department of Infrastructure Transport Regional Development and Communications.
