Tessa Cramond has a diverse range of work experience. Tessa started their career as an Intern at the Equal Opportunity Commission in Western Australia in 2012. In 2013, they interned at The Department of Education in Western Australia. Tessa then gained vacation clerk experience at various law firms, including Clayton Utz, Jackson McDonald, Ashurst, and Herbert Smith Freehills in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, they joined the ACCC as a Graduate in the Enforcement Division, where they later became an Investigator. Tessa then transitioned to the Merger and Authorisation Review Division, first as an Analyst and then as a Senior Analyst. Following their time at the ACCC, Tessa worked at the Commonwealth Treasury, first as a Policy Analyst in the Consumer Data Right area, then as an Assistant Director overseeing the same area.
Tessa Cramond completed their high school education at Methodist Ladies' College from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Western Australia from 2009 to 2015. Later, Tessa attended The College of Law Australia and obtained their Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2019.
