Ann de Coster

Ann De Coster has been serving as an HR Advisor at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission since September 2017, overseeing approximately 200 employees in Belgium and the Netherlands. Responsibilities include leading talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor law, and fostering a positive work environment through HR guidance and support. Ann also analyses HR metrics, implements HRIS systems, and engages in social dialogue with works councils and unions.
