Julian Eades

Julian Eades is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in both domestic and international settings. Currently serving as Group HR Advisor at Perspective Financial Group Ltd since November 2025, Julian has previously held positions at Change, Grow, Live (CGL) from November 2016 to November 2025, progressing from HR Officer to HR Advisor. Prior roles include HR Executive and HR and Admin Manager at Oxfam from May 2011 to November 2016, where responsibilities included payroll, contracts, absence administration, team management, and HR advice. Julian began a career in HR at CPM from March 2007 to December 2010, serving as a team leader in various capacities. Earlier experience includes a chaplaincy with the Church of England from August 2004 to September 2006. Julian holds a BA in Theology from the University of Durham, St John's College, and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wales.
