Rachel Mander has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Rachel started their career as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Caudwell Group in September 2002 and worked there until March 2006. Rachel then joined Comms-care in March 2006 as a Service Desk Manager, where they played a crucial role in providing resources and specialist expertise to the IT channel community. In their most recent position at Comms-care, Rachel served as the Head of Sales Operations, leading the sales team towards achieving better outcomes and empowering growth through streamlined IT solutions.
Rachel Mander attended The University of Huddersfield from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Rachel also obtained several certifications in ITIL from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL-MP) in 2021, ITIL Service Strategy (ITIL-SS) in 2019, ITIL Service Design (ITIL-SD) in 2019, ITIL Continual Service Improvement (ITIL-CSI) in 2018, ITIL Service Transition (ITIL-ST) in 2018, ITIL Service Operation (ITIL-SO) in 2018, and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) in 2017.
