Andrew Holland is an experienced professional in corporate communications and leadership development, currently serving as Managing Director of THE COMMUNICATION LEADERSHIP ACADEMY LTD since February 2014, where tailored learning programmes enhance teams and individuals' skills. As a Partner at Comms Leaders, Andrew provides recruitment and career support in the corporate communications sector, focusing on Internal Communications and Employee Engagement. Previous roles include School Governor at The Austen Academy, UK Fundraising Board member for iDE, Head of VMA Enhance at VMA Group, and Head of Internal Communications at BAE Systems.
