Tony Mauriello

Tony Mauriello has a diverse work experience in various legal and educational roles. Tony currently holds the position of Deputy General Counsel at Credo since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law since August 2016, where they taught courses on corporate law and provided students with hands-on experience in drafting legal documents. Tony has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors and a Parent-Mentor at the Autism Tree Project Foundation since 2015. Additionally, they have worked as a General Counsel at Vigilance Risk Solutions, Inc. since April 2015. From September 2018 to February 2022, Tony held the role of VP, Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel at DrChrono. Earlier in their career, they were a Corporate/Securities Partner at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth from April 2015 to August 2016. Tony has also worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as an Associate from June 2007 to April 2015, and at Latham & Watkins as an Associate from 2004 to 2007. Tony began their career as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, Tony has gained extensive experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and public offerings, primarily focusing on industries such as life sciences, high-technology, telecommunications, biotechnology, and medical products.

Tony Mauriello completed their primary education at Bennett-Hemingway Elementary. Tony then went on to Germantown Academy from 1992 to 1996, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Tony continued their education at Penn State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Lastly, they attended Duke University School of Law from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, specializing in Law.
