Andrea Balcazar

Andrea Balcazar, M.S., SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at CommScope since September 2018, Andrea has also held roles as Regional HR and Senior Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior to CommScope, Andrea worked as an HR Generalist at Inland Respite, Inc. from July 2015 to September 2018. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Brandman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Administrative Studies and Human Resources from the University of California, Riverside.
