Damien Holloway

Damien Holloway currently serves as Vice President of Global Customer Success for the Ruckus Networks Business at CommScope, a position held since December 2017, overseeing end-to-end Customer Experience. Previously, Damien held multiple senior roles within Ruckus Networks and ARRIS, including Senior Director of Customer Services & Support for APAC and EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Services & Support business following the acquisition by ARRIS. Prior to this, Damien worked at Brocade as Senior Director for APAC & EMEA Customer Services & Support and at Juniper Networks, where roles ranged from Director of Global Practice Lead to Professional Services Manager in APAC. Career beginnings included positions at Hill Associates, Inc. and ANIXTER. Damien Holloway holds a BSc and BE in Pure Mathematics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
