Ricardo Díaz Mínguez

Ricardo Díaz Mínguez currently serves as Director of Enterprise Solutions Marketing at CommScope, having been with the company since March 2004. Mínguez has held various leadership roles, including Director of Market Development for EMEA & Global Campaigns, where responsibility included managing global campaign strategies to enhance CommScope's reputation and demand in the enterprise sector. Mínguez's background also encompasses strategic and revenue marketing for enterprise customers, as well as the development of digital tools and technologies. Prior to CommScope, Mínguez worked at Avaya and Lucent Technologies as a Tech Manager, focusing on wireless and cabling products in both presales and post-sales capacities. Mínguez holds an Engineer degree in Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, acquired between 1987 and 1995.
