Franck Touyaa

Franck Touyaa has an extensive background in geomatics and geographic information systems, currently serving as the Responsable du service Géomatique at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since January 2016. Prior to this role, Franck held the position of Responsable du service SIG at Ville de Cergy from February 2006 to December 2015 and worked as a Géomaticien - Cartographe at Ville de Nanterre from May 2002 to January 2006. Franck began the career as a Stagiaire at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research in early 2001. Franck's academic credentials include a Maîtrise de géographie in Geography and Cartography from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (1992-1998) and a DESS in Geographic Information Systems from Université de Caen Normandie (2000-2001).
