Ludovic Romanin

Ludovic ROMANIN is an experienced urban planning and development professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Planning and Economic Offer at Communauté Paris-Saclay since 2009, Ludovic has spearheaded multiple significant projects, including the preparation of the PPA for the Courtaboeuf zone and the operational management of a €70 million requalification program for 13 community business areas. Previous roles include serving as the Director of Urban Renewal Mission at Mairie de Colombes and the Director of Development Operations at Société d'Économie Mixte Colombes Développement Aménagement, where Ludovic managed urban renewal projects and operational developments in collaboration with various stakeholders. With a Master's degree in Urbanism from Sciences Po and an engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Urbanism from INSA Rennes, Ludovic possesses a solid educational foundation that complements extensive practical expertise in real estate and urban development projects.
