Ernest Alanis is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a System Engineer at CommuniCare since February 2018, Ernest has also held various roles including System Administrator, Information System Technician, and Help Desk Specialist. Previously, positions with RDS of Florida, Simply Smart Technology, Liquid Networx, University Health System, and HCL Technologies provided extensive experience in network troubleshooting, customer support, and IT service management. Ernest holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Capella University and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute.
