Dericka Young

Dericka Young currently serves as the Director of Admissions and Marketing at CommuniCare Health Services, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Facility Marketing Director at SignatureCare Emergency Center from July 2019 to May 2021 and working as a Floating Leasing Associate at Continental Properties from February 2016 to July 2019. Dericka spent over a decade at Forever 21, progressing through various roles including District Visual Manager, Remote Lead Visual Expansion Manager, and Visual Manager, ultimately contributing to visual merchandising strategies that drove significant annual revenue. Dericka holds an Associate of Arts degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), obtained between 2002 and 2004.
