Sandy Williams Hilfiker is the CEO of CommunicateHealth, a position they have held since July 2006.

Hilfiker's experience in health communication began in 2006 when they became a Health Communication Advisor at the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion in the Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, they provided advice on health communication strategies and served as a liaison between the office and other government agencies.

In 2010, Hilfiker left their position at the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion to join CommunicateHealth as a senior consultant. Sandy became CEO of the company two years later.

Under Hilfiker's leadership, CommunicateHealth has become a leading provider of health literacy and health communication services. The company has worked with a variety of clients, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the National Institutes of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Sandy Williams Hilfiker has a MA from The University of Georgia, a Graduate Certificate from University of Baltimore, and a BA from University of Kentucky.
