Sarah Pomerantz

Sarah co-leads CommunicateHealth’s largest program, providing mentorship and capacity building to more than 30 staff. She also oversees a client portfolio of more than $7 million, with a focus on leading multifaceted communication and dissemination efforts that require input and collaboration from diverse stakeholders. Sarah is passionate about environmental justice and about empowering people to use health data to drive decision-making.
