Ian K.

Ian K. currently serves as the Senior Vice President Of Global Sales at Communication Business Avenue, Inc. since February 2019 and has held the position of Network Security Engineer at Global Nonprofit since December 2012, focusing on PKI administration and network management. Previously, Ian was a System Analyst at Sidwell Friends School from June 2002 to December 2012, where responsibilities included network infrastructure maintenance and supervision of helpdesk technicians. Ian began the career as a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician at GE Global eXchange Services from April 1999 to October 2002, supporting banking clients and enhancing helpdesk processes. Ian K. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology/Earth Science from Amherst College and a TESOL Certification from Oxbow Language Institute.
