Puja Popat

Puja Popat currently serves as the Business Head at Communication Crafts since December 2024. Prior to this role, Puja worked at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from February 2018 to October 2024, where multiple senior managerial positions were held, including Senior Manager II - Project and Key Accounts, with responsibilities that included managing partnerships contributing over ₹ 90 crores and leading a team of 45. Noteworthy achievements included a 250% year-over-year growth and successful new product launches. Previous experience includes roles in business development and marketing at Randstad India, Mullen Lowe Lintas, and Edge English. Puja holds an Advanced Certification in Digital Marketing and Communications from MICA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ahmedabad University.
