Sara Miah

Sara Miah is an experienced professional currently serving as a CWU BT Enterprise and Global Services National Team member and as the CWU North Anglia Branch Secretary, Communications Lead, and Women's Officer since June 2021. Sara has been a CWU National Executive member since May 2017 and has previously held roles such as Assistant Branch Secretary, also within the North Anglia Branch. With a background spanning over three decades in various positions at BT and its subsidiaries, Sara has expertise in complaints management, data analysis, and strategic planning within the education sector. Prior experience includes roles at Eagle Star, Barclays Bank, and TSO, alongside early work in retail at Boots. educación involved attendance at several high schools in the Kendal region from 1979 to 1984.
