Jim Reid

Jim Reid is the VP of Charter Programs at CTDI. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Jim previously worked as the Vice President of Customer Logistics at QVC from January 2013 to May 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director of eCommerce Fulfillment and Transportation at Toys R Us from January 2003 to January 2013. Jim has also held positions as the VP/GM at HSN from March 2000 to November 2002 and as a Senior Distribution Manager at Electronic Data Systems from July 1995 to March 2000.

Jim Reid has a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, an MBA in Technology and Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Certificate in Lean Sigma from Villanova University. Jim also has a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.

Jim Reid reports to Leo Parsons, CEO & President. They are on a team with Eric Miller - VP, Product Supply Division, Michael Higgins - VP, HR, and Jacques Louvet - VP, Repair Tech Innovation.
