Louise Polednik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational development and consulting. Currently serving as Head of Consulting at Communicorp since August 2023, Louise previously held the role of National Learning & Development Manager at Holding Redlich from November 2022 to May 2023. Prior positions include Head of Organisational Development at Melbourne City Mission (July 2018 - October 2022) and Senior Manager of Organisational Development & Learning at Monash Health (October 2010 - January 2018), where leadership development and cultural transformation strategies were a focus. Louise has also contributed to PageUp People as a Client Portfolio Manager and led teams at Personnel Decisions International and The Occupational Psychology Group. Academically, Louise holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology.
