Ellen Quarles is a seasoned coach and mentor with extensive experience in spiritual preparation and sports coaching, particularly in synchronized swimming. Since January 2017, Ellen has served as a Coach, Mentor, and Spiritual Trainer at Maximo Rendimiento by Communitas, focusing on holistic performance enhancement. Ellen has also contributed as a sports coach at Communitas International since June 2015 and founded Tot Sincro in 2013. Previous roles include Professional and Sports Coach at Eitan Coaching, where Ellen empowered leaders and athletes to overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Ellen has been actively involved in various capacities within the sports community, founding a swim club and delivering lectures. Educational qualifications include a DELE B2 in Spanish, a Swimming Instructor certification, and a Coaching certification, alongside a judging certificate in synchronized swimming from USA Synchro.
