Isibeal Ryans

Isibeal Ryans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, client relations, and team leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as a Program Specialist in Strategic Initiatives at Communitech since September 2024, Isibeal previously excelled as a Squad Leader and Project Manager at WithYouWithMe, managing government projects and leading IT teams. Prior experience includes a role as Service Manager at Allied Universal, overseeing client service delivery and managing a large team, as well as military service as a Lieutenant in the Canadian Forces Cadet Instructors Cadre, recognized for twelve years of service with the Canadian Decoration (CD). Educationally, Isibeal holds a diploma in Law and Security Administration from Conestoga College.
