Prof. Shahram Yousefi

Prof. Shahram Yousefi, PhD, PEng is a distinguished academic and entrepreneur, currently serving as Co-founder, President, and CEO of Mesh AI since June 2018, where the focus is on alleviating clinician burnout through innovative scheduling solutions for healthcare professionals. As a professor at Queen's University since 2003, Yousefi has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Dean of Corporate Relations, Acting Department Head of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Chair of Undergraduate Electrical Engineering. Yousefi has significantly increased internship placements during challenging times and actively contributes to various organizations, including Communitech and Futurpreneur Canada, as an advisor and mentor.
