Essence Wilson is presently the Chief Strategy Officer at Communities First, Inc. and a Fellow at the American Express Social Justice Leadership Academy. Previously, Essence served as the Coordinator for the Kagle Leadership Initiatives at Kettering University. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University.
