Renee’ Leak has been with Communities In Schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg, Inc since 2002, currently serving as Director Program Operations & Scholarships in Center for Postsecondary Success 6th-12th/HS/Re-Entry. Renee’ oversees program development and management, analyzing data related to attendance, behavior, coursework, and graduation. Renee’ promotes a team-focused environment with the high school 9-12 team through training, development, and evaluation of programming.

Communities In Schools of Charlotte-Mecklenburg (CIS-Charlotte) is an affiliate of the national organization, working locally inside 50+ Charlotte-Mecklenburg (CMS) schools. Together, with our CIS affiliates across the country, we are creating a powerful change movement made up of peers, students, and alumni committed to building an equitable path to education for future generations.
