Shakia Harris

Shakia Harris has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shakia served as the Director of Human Resources at Communities In Schools of Georgia, where they oversaw the department's workflow and conducted performance evaluations. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same organization, where they responded to benefit and payroll inquiries, updated employee policies, and facilitated new employee orientations. Shakia also has experience as an HR Generalist at Caduceus USA | Exams | TeleMed, where they managed employee headcount reporting, administered benefits plans, and supported the recruitment process. In addition, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ResCare and a Human Resources Coordinator at Bennett International Group. Shakia started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Southern States. Shakia also gained experience as a volunteer at Emory Healthcare.
