Naidia Carmona

Naidia Carmona currently serves as the HR Onboarding Coordinator at Communities In Schools of North Texas, where responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle onboarding process, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientation, in addition to participating in recruiting events. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Merchandising Graphics and Product Planning at GPCnacks N Go, LLC, focusing on graphic design and merchandise logistics, as well as serving as a SafeCare Coach at The Parenting Center, where oversight of recruiting and training was key. Naidia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas, earned in 2015.
