Tiffany Patton

Tiffany Patton serves as the Chief Program Officer at Communities In Schools of Tennessee since July 2020, overseeing the implementation of integrated student supports across 59 schools and managing partnerships with 16 school districts, impacting over 26,000 students. Prior to this role, Tiffany held the position of Executive Director at Girls on the Run of Middle Tennessee, where a regional focus was established, expanding services to five counties. Tiffany also worked as the Director of Community Engagement at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, forging partnerships with numerous organizations to enhance volunteer support. Previous experience includes consulting for MAXIMUS and training for the Mental Health Association of Middle TN. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Public Service Management from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, along with a certificate in Executive Leadership from Belmont University.
