Lucile Bak

Lucile Bak is an experienced operations executive currently serving as SVP Operations and SVP Trust & Safety at Dailymotion since September 2016. Lucile has taken charge of the Trust & Safety department and previously oversaw budgeting and recruitment for Product & Engineering, as well as managing IT teams and freelance contractors. Prior to Dailymotion, Lucile held significant roles at QOBUZ as Senior Project Manager, leading the production of a music streaming platform, and at Is Cool Entertainment, managing the production of Facebook-hosted games. Lucile's career began in educational technology at Université Paris Dauphine, where responsibilities included intranet management and user support, supplemented by an initial role in risk management at Danone.
