Jessy Cuddy

Jessy Cuddy has a strong background in program management and implementation, with experience in the non-profit sector. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Save the Children US in various roles, including Associate Director of Psychosocial Programs and Deputy Director of Alabama Programs. In these positions, they led the development and implementation of psychosocial programs, built partnerships, and provided management and support for various educational and recovery projects. Since 2015, Jessy has been working at Communities In Schools National Office, first as the Director of Practice Innovation and currently as the Senior Director of Learning and Practice. In these roles, they have led the strategy development and implementation of learning initiatives and provided resources, training, and technical assistance to the CIS network. Jessy has also facilitated collaboration between CIS network leaders and served as the lead facilitator with the CIS Network's Learning and Practice Steering Committee. Jessy Cuddy's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Southern Nazarene University. Jessy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and completed their studies in 2007. Following their undergraduate education, they attended Tulane University from 2007 to 2008 to obtain a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in the field of Social Work.

In addition to their formal education, Jessy Cuddy has also acquired additional certifications. In 2021, they participated in The Allstate Foundation Executive Leadership Program, offered by Kellogg Executive Education. Furthermore, in 2022, they completed a certification titled "Developing High Performing People" from the same institution.
